Individual and Corporate coaching/consulting retainers, all retainer renewals, and retreat retainers are 100% non refundable.
Coaching appointments canceled without 48 hour notice will be billed in full.
Should for any reason a client cease or take a break in coaching activities, any Individual and Corporate consulting retainer balances will be held in account and be available for use toward coaching activities for a total of 90-days. After 90-days those funds will be transferred to a charity of choice by Clay Nelson Life Balance™.
Individual and Corporate consulting retainers are not transferable to other programs offered by Clay Nelson Life Balance™.
Personal Planning Workshop and What's Next Workshop tuitions are 100% non refundable. In the event of an inability to attend, transfers to a different workshop within one year of originally scheduled workshop are available upon request.
