Did you know you can burn calories just by laughing? So why be so serious all the time?
In our newest podcast, Clay and Susan Nelson discuss ways to cast away the heaviness of life, learning how to relax, releasing stress and lightening your mood. Shifting your mental gears towards a positive mindset can be as simple as changing your surroundings for just a few minutes a day, and doesn't necessarily have to cost anything either! A walk through your neighborhood, some time spent outdoors in nature, taking a break from work to exercise, playing with a pet. Or how about movie night with your spouse or family, and digging deep into your movie collection for an old favorite that you haven't watched together in a long time? Find yourself stuck in a long line at the grocery store? Instead of grumbling to yourself about the situation, how about chatting with someone next to you?
Take a listen, try some of our tips for lightening your mood, and if you've found some creative ways for building a more positive mindset, be sure to let us know at email@example.com!
Why does family togetherness freak us out? We spend so much time work-work-working that the idea of having to relate and actually communicate with family can at times be very difficult. So how do we get back to being grounded, and loving and appreciating the time we have with our families? Susan joins Clay for this new podcast episode and together they share some thoughts and insights on family, letting go of the past and making room for the future.
As always, please be sure to let me know your thoughts, I'd love to hear from you at firstname.lastname@example.org.

What does being complete look like? How about...not having any regrets...saying what you need to say...apologizing where an apology needs to be made...saying thank you and showing appreciation...and having your integrity in place... Being complete creates the peace of mind that gets rid of all Would-have, Should-have, and Could-have kinds of thoughts!
