Spring has about sprung, and the change in season brings with it a sense of renewal and new beginnings. I don’t know about you, but the change from winter to spring just puts a smile on my face! Now, if this seasonal change can have such a positive influence, why is day-to-day change so difficult to embrace?

Just like the changing season brings new experiences to your senses, change in your day-to-day life brings with it a host of new opportunities too! So, stop living in fear of change. Embrace it instead! Embracing change does not have to be difficult. Create a written plan of action, live your plan, ask for help, and be unstoppable everywhere.

The Family of mother and her adorable little daughter outdoors on beholiday season can be the most stress-filled time of year, but it doesn’t have to be!

How do you stop the pressures of work, finances, family, and the feeling of “I have to get this right” from pushing you to the brink of crankiness? Get present to what matters most!

When it comes right down to it, what do you think those you love most want from you this season? Do they want fun time spent with you or the perfect tree? Think about it. In our quest to do everything right, we push away or assume those we most want to get it right for!

So, as you make your way toward the end of the year, don’t forget to take time for what really matters… you and those you love!

Thanksgiving is just 3 weeks away. That realization may have some of you smiling and others of you sighing. Either way, take a deep breath, and before you get caught up in the hustle and bustle of all that is to come, consider what you can do this season to make a difference for another!

No one has to look far to see someone dealing with a circumstance more difficult than their own, and while I believe wholeheartedly in not allowing circumstances to dictate our lives, I also believe we have a responsibility to help those who need it! Offer a warm, non-judgmental smile, listen to someone who needs to be heard, offer a hug, or give away what you “know” to another. There are countless ways to make a difference, and very few of them will cost you anything, but a bit of your time!

Change is literally in the airy. Here in Montana, snow has flown more than a few times already, and as if the coming winter doesn’t cause people to hunker down enough, the events taking place on the world stage just add to the pile. Fear, “I don’t wanna”, and every other reason we might use to allow ourselves to be stopped, are rearing their ugly heads. So, what do you CHOOSE to do about it? Yes, you personally don’t have a say in the changing season or world events, but you DO have a say in how you react to them. Be the light your friends, family, co-workers, acquaintances, and even the stranger at the grocery store needs to see. Together we can shine brightly enough to make the difference our world needs.

Fall is in the air and that means the year end is just around the corner. What did you promise yourself, or others, that you would do this year? Have you done it? If not, don’t beat yourself up, but do take a look at why. 9 times out of 10, the reason will be that your list lacks by-when dates. Without dates, a list of goals and objectives becomes nothing more than something you’ll get to when you have time, which usually means never. So, take a look! Recommit to doing what you said you were going to do, add by-when dates, and ask for help and accountability!
